After being hired by various companies to start their Technical Design Teams, I realized how many companies are truly lacking in their Technical Departments.
Every clothing company needs a solid Technical Team to ensure that overseas production is produced correctly and on time.
Not having a knowledgeable Technical Designer can end up costing companies thousands of dollars in the end.
As a Technical Design Consultant I will:
- Set up policies and procedures needed for to ensure there is a seamless process between Design – Tech Design – Production.
- Set up a customized Technical Package template using Excel or Illustrator customized to your company’s specific needs.
- Train Technical Designer and/or Technical Design Team.

- We will set up a schedule that works for both of us for a start date. (I am based in Los Angeles, but am willing to travel as well.)
- At the end of the process your company will have clear procedures and Tech Pack templates along with an effecient Technical Designer and/or Technical Design Team.
